Do you ship to individuals?
We’re so happy you’re interested in ordering DeGroot product! We are a wholesale only business and are not currently set up to sell direct to individuals. We encourage you to contact your local farm, hardware, garden centers, and nursery stores to inquire about our product.
When will my order ship?
When you place your order, you may request a ship week. If you are placing your order online, you will be prompted to choose a ship week in the shopping cart. Please note that our goal is for you to receive your order by the Friday of the ship week requested. When you receive your sales acknowledgment, your ship week will be noted in the “Due Date” column.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Our shipping team will choose the most efficient option for your order. We ship most orders via UPS Ground; however, if you ordered large displays, these orders may ship LTL.
When should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order early. Our catalog is typically released in July for the following Spring season. Please note you are welcome to request order changes up to 10 business days prior to your ship week.
What is the minimum order requirement?
Our Spring season orders have a minimum order requirement of $150 per shipment. If your order does not meet this minimum, there will be a $25 fee added to your order at invoicing.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, we would be happy to accept your order changes up to 10 business days before your requested ship week. To make changes to your order, please contact us at (269)468-6714 or email us at email@example.com. Please be sure to include your business name and order number (if available).
Can I use a credit card to pay for my order?
Yes. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Please note that you will not be charged for your order until it ships.
Do you offer any products not listed in your catalog?
As the season progresses, we may have items available that are not listed in our catalog. We encourage you to view our Availability List for items available for order. If you are looking for an item not listed in our catalog or availability, please contact us for assistance.
What if there are issues with my order?
We ask that you unpack your order upon delivery. If you have concerns about the quality of your order or experience other issues with your order, please notify DeGroot within 10 days of receipt so we may address your concerns. Please do NOT dispose of the product until instructed to do so by DeGroot.
