Hyacinth, 'Jan Bos'
Item HY136

'Jan Bos' is a beautiful hyacinth with single, bright-red flowers. The red florets will look amazing when planted with other white or blue color bulbs. Will also provide you with an amazing perfume for your pots. Hyacinths are treasured for their sweet fragrance in the spring. The flowers of the Hyacinths have 10-12 inch spikes of star shaped flowers, commonly one spike per bulb, accompanied by sword like green leaves. Hyacinths have uniformly shaped flowers and distinguished colors. They may be planted anywhere in your landscape, in sun or shade, along borders, in groups along a fence or around a tree or mailbox.

Hyacinths look best in mass plantings. All hyacinths are excellent for forcing in pots for early color and fragrance indoors, but are equally valuable as outdoor plants for flowering in late spring.
