PRICES: Effective July 1, 2009, we reserve the right to change prices without notice-wholesale trade only.
TERMS: F.O.B. Coloma, Michigan.
Net 30 days on approved accounts. 1-1/2% finance charge per month (18% annual) on overdue accounts.
PAYMENT: Cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover.
MINIMUM ORDER: $125 minimum per shipment for all orders. Order quantities not in compliance with listed multiple amounts by variety will be adjusted up to the next multiple level.
ORDERING: Orders are accepted and acknowledged on the condition that they may be voided or changed without liability to De Groot, Inc. for delay or failure to deliver caused by crop failure, inclement weather, winter storage, or conditions beyond our control. An order acknowledgement will be mailed to you as confirmation of the merchandise you have requested. Please notify us as soon as possible of changes you wish to make. Orders may not be altered or cancelled within two weeks of their scheduled shipping date. |
